Delta Capita is hiring a dynamic, commercially driven Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales — CLM to lead growth across Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, and Financial Crime services. You’ll own go‑to‑market execution, build a robust sales pipeline, lead early‑stage solutioning, and drive revenue across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 financial institutions in APAC. The role spans the full sales lifecycle, onboarding oversight, and long‑term account development in partnership with global leadership, delivery teams, and SMEs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support and execute the APAC go‑to‑market strategy for CLM and Financial Crime services
  • Build and qualify a healthy pipeline; identify and progress new opportunities
  • Develop proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses; lead pitch presentations
  • Act as key contact during onboarding; ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Own account management: nurture relationships, identify upsell, and drive retention
  • Understand client challenges (onboarding, KYC, regulatory change) and position DC solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and service delivery
  • Contribute to account planning, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity tracking
  • Attend industry events and client meetings to build visibility and generate leads

Requirements — What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in sales, business development, or client engagement (financial services/consulting)
  • Track record selling CLM, KYC, AML, or RegTech solutions across APAC
  • Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, onboarding, and Financial Crime frameworks
  • Experience with Managed Services, RegTech, or transformation delivery models
  • Strong enterprise sales acumen: RFPs, pricing, stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication; trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Self‑starter with autonomy, ownership, and precision in execution
  • Resourceful, resilient, and results‑driven; thrives in high‑growth environments
