Emirates Transport (ET) is the tradename for Emirates General Transport and Services Corporation, the UAE's government-owned public transport provider, particularly for the government and education sectors. Established in 1981, it boasts a fleet of over 35 thousand vehicles and employs more than 26 thousand individuals. It transports 250 thousand children to school daily.

History Of Emirates Transport:

Emirates Transport was established in accordance with Federal Law No. 17 of 1981 to provide public school transportation. It now offers a range of services at 41 locations nationwide, including car rental services, logistics, auto maintenance, and roadside assistance. Its organizational structure comprises four operational sectors: School Transport, Transport & Rental, Auto Services, and Logistics. Since 2013, jurisdiction over ET was transferred to the Emirates Investment Authority.
