Key Accountabilities
Supervise daily operations in the marketing and business development section to ensure adherence to policies and processes.
Conduct market research, identify projects, and align them with the company's strategy.
Organize marketing visits, prepare pitch presentations, and establish client relationships.
Support and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
Generate inquiries, follow up on tenders, and provide feedback to secure contracts.
Submit regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities.
Host customers during visits and marketing trips.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Education : Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture.
Training : Marketing and business development activities.
Experience :
10–15 years in the marine or offshore industry or major oil/EPC companies.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Knowledge of shipyard or offshore construction facilities with vessel conversion and fabrication capabilities.
Established global contacts with EPC contractors, oil companies, and customers.
Skills :
Familiarity with technical terms related to offshore and new construction.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
